"Sea" kayaking (as opposed to whitewater kayaking) is a great way to get introduced to the sport, and is fun and safe for people of all ages and athletic abilities.

Great for families! We have tandem boats so parents can travel with their younger kids (ages 5 and up), and light single kayaks for the adventurous child (ages 12 and up).
